USAA: A Story 100 Years in the Making

Few companies can claim that the motto the company was founded with 100 years ago still holds true today, but USAA is an exception. Founded in 1922, the fledging mutual insurance company began with the simple motto: Service to the Services. A century later, the organization is still dedicated to this mission, providing insurance and financial services to members of the U.S. military. 

To help USAA tell their story, we wrote a content bank of 100 stories from their history. This content will serve as a foundation tool for their communication efforts over the course of the centennial year and is providing source material for a history book (which I am also directing — to be published in 2022).
